Jérôme
An expert in customer experience and project management, Jérôme has worked for renowned companies such as Nissan and Amazon, where he optimized complex processes and enhanced customer satisfaction on a large scale. A born entrepreneur, he also co-founded Qoodos. His expertise in understanding business needs and digitizing customer journeys allows him to bring a strategic vision to designing solutions for companies looking to improve their customer relations.

Yannick
A full-stack developer and seasoned entrepreneur, Yannick has led multiple technology projects. Specializing in automation and workflow optimization, he designs powerful tools that streamline management and enhance business productivity. His pragmatic approach and expertise in web technologies enable him to develop robust and scalable solutions tailored to the specific needs of professionals.

Qoodos, our first start-up

Before founding ReviuHub, between 2015 and 2019, Jérôme and Yannick launched Qoodos, an innovative platform that digitized loyalty cards and enabled businesses to communicate with their customers through email, SMS, and notifications. The company was sold in 2019.

Reviuhub: centralizing, analyzing and replying to customer reviews

Building on their experience with Qoodos, Jérôme and Yannick decided to go further by creating ReviuHub, a SaaS platform that aggregates reviews from multiple sources, including Google Reviews, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Yelp, Expedia, and Facebook, as well as customer comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The goal is to provide businesses with a one-click AI-powered response solution for customer feedback while offering franchises and multi-location companies a global and analytical view of their online reputation. By identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, ReviuHub empowers businesses with advanced AI-driven insights to make informed decisions, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand reputation.
